Referenced in audio session #11 of Getting Started with ADHD: "Worry Tree". This tool helps you employ a cognitive approach to managing surface-level worries by asking if they are hypothetical and if there is something that can be done about them. If the answer is no, label it as such and let it go. If the answer is yes, make a plan and either do it now or schedule it for later. The goal is to find a home for worries and rumination so they are not swimming in a pool of anxiousness.
